Auld lang syne

As with other past holiday weekend dispatches from The Style Guide In Brief, we’re taking it easy today —head over to my regular blog, The Style Guide, for a menswear-focused post seven days a week (today included!). The rest of the time, I’m sending out digital telegraphs twice a week via this newsletter, and I have a Spotify playlist with some of my favorite weekend songs right here.
I know I’m not alone in bidding goodbye and good riddance to 2020! Here’s to better days ahead — hopefully with the promise of the “days I knew when,” as Paul McCartney sings in his exceptional classic “Mull of Kintyre” (the subject of my last newsletter!). For now, let’s enjoy some laidback time off, let’s enjoy a favorite beverage (a hot coffee this morning, a cold beer for happy hour!) and let’s focus forward on 2021. Cheers!
