Stepping from summer into fall

A quick post-Labor Day newsletter

It’s as fine a day as any to close out summer (as crazy as it seems) and step into fall, is it not? Thanks for joining us today at The Style Guide In Brief, where I’m keeping it, well, brief today in the interest of kicking back just a bit from the hustle and bustle of the freelance world. In fact, I’ll be spending today hiking around Marine Park here in Brooklyn (as shown above!), among other pursuits. Summer flew by in a flash, as I noted in my Saturday newsletter (how about that Modest Mouse throwback track, ehh?), but I’ve got a busy fall lined up, starting this coming week with New York Fashion Week, then followed by a full slate of September concerts (mask and vaccination card in hand!).
